Gas and bloating are uncomfortable symptoms which show that digestion is being compromised. A bloated stomach usually occurs when there is an excessive production of gas in the digestive tract. This usually occurs when the bacteria in your gut interact with the food that you have eaten causing gas to be produced. The gas can cause pain, dicomfort and embarrassment. Many people believe that fresh fruit and vegetables are much more nutrient rich than frozen fruit and vegetables. The problem is when fresh food and vegetables are available in the supermarket we never really know how fresh it is, so in actual fact you are better buying frozen fruit and vegetables.
