Clients seek Nutritional Therapy for a variety of reasons; to increase energy, lose weight, manage stress, improve digestion, train effectively for a sports event, address chronic health conditions or simply to feel as good as they can!
I identify possible nutritional imbalances which may contribute to a variety of symptoms and health issues. The aim is to address these imbalances by developing a personalised nutrition and possible supplement plan that fits into the clients lifestyle. This is where my grounded approach really works as I will give help and advice that is achievable and don't suddenly expect you to make dramatic changes to your diet.
The Consultation Process
The client completes a detailed health questionnaire and food diary prior to the initial consultation. This gives the client an opportunity to share relavent information regarding their goal and any health issues and symptoms.
Prior to your initial consultation, I analyse the questionnaire looking for possible nutritional and biological imbalances and carry out relavent research.
During the initial consultation we discuss the questionnaire, I explain what I think is happening and then together we devise a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help the client achieve their goal. Relavent testing and supplements, if needed may be reccomemended.
Follow up sessions are reccommended usually on a monthly basis to review and adapt the nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed.
