Personal training

As you will have already read I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer as well as a Nutritional Therapist. I love fitness and am a very keen long distance runner, competing for Tipton Harriers and have 5k and 10k personal best's of 14 minutes 54 seconds and 31 minutes 42 seconds respectively. I also finished in 4th place at the 2017 Birmingham International Half Marathon with a time of 73 minutes 8 seconds.

Ultimate Personal Well-Being specialises in weight/fat loss, toning up, increasing lean muscle, improving running fitness and helping people get generally fit. This can be done in or outside the gym depending on your preference. I can train you on the weights in the gym or use the great outdoors to get out running. I will be with you every step of the way.

Ultimate Personal Well-Being treats every client as an individual and along with one-to-one Personal Training sessions a training program can be created for your individual needs whether you want to train at home or in the gym. I do not use 'fancy' over complicated exercises, just good basic methods that get results!

Personal Training is available in Birmingham city centre at either of the Bannatynes Health clubs (Brindley Place and Priory), along with the Colmore Building, for all employees of tenants in the complex. Sessions can also be arranged in the Sutton Coldfield area. Online training is also available on request.
