I’m Jonny a fully certified Nutritional Therapist and fully qualified Personal Trainer and am the founder of Ultimate Personal Well-Being.

I completed a degree in Sport, Health, Exercise and Nutrition at the University of Leeds in 2011, after which I completed my Personal Training course and set up my Personal Training business.
